Overall, we were happy with the Griddler. We use it mainly for cooking and grilling meat sandwiches and wraps where it does a great job. Meat cook quickly and are notdelicate, as if done in a pan or oven.
The Griddler is by far the best way to grill sandwiches and wraps. Wraps remain closed until the end and very warm. Sandwiches evenly brown, crisp, but fillings do not get too far.
The room where you will find our Griddler is too small for the opening of the same dish, so we did. I would say something like French toast would work very well on the flat, maybe pancakes, too. You might sausage or bacon, but it iscluttered with all that fat.
The Griddler and cleaning
